Antonio: Our previous transaction was completed and PayPal may be trying to reverse the funds paid to you over a month ago. Therefore this business problem has arise and I never asked for a reversal. I have had a dispute with another order that I am trying to clear up, and in doing so PayPal has stopped other transactions until it is resolved. I will do whatever I can to clear up this mater as soon as I can and I apologize for the inconvenience. But at the moment my PayPal is frozen.
Your order was received but it seems like PayPal has deemed that fraudlent funds were used in the purchase. I have just became aware of this. At this point I believe this has resulted from a dispute between another customer and my account in which they said they did not receive their orders. And in doing so, PayPal I beleive has deemed that the funds that was paid by the customer was used to make your purchase and is trying to reverse the funds that was originally paid to you. No fraudlent CC was used in the purchase as the payment came from within my PayPal balance. Therefore due to the disputes, PayPal has stopped all other transactions untill it is resolved and it seems like they have gone back to reverse all other previous transactions. But that money paid to you over a month ago is yours and should not be reversed. -Vang
